We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Boiler stoves

Wood and pellet boiler stoves and the back boiler are heavy cast iron and steel and ship on a pallet. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings the pallet to the nearest accessible hard standing, not into the room. Plan help; a boiler stove is very heavy and best moved by two, and the flue and plumbing connection must be made by a qualified heating engineer. Accessories, firelighters, the stove fan and companion set ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
